• Blood Pressure Screenings: Quick and easy check-ups to stay on top of your health
• Healthy Lifestyle Advice: Practical tips for eating well, staying active, and feeling your best
• Family Fitness Activities: Fun and engaging movement sessions for all ages
• Community Resource Booths: Connect with local organizations offering wellness services and support; the District 21 Health Center staff will also be available to schedule appointments for both school and sports physicals, ensuring your child is ready for the 2025-2026 school year!
• Raffle Prizes & Giveaways: Enter to win great prizes just for showing up!
• Provided Transportation: A shuttle bus will be running between our elementary schools to bring you to London’s campus
