2020-2025 Strategic Plan adopted

At its January 2020 meeting, the Board of Education adopted Community Consolidated School District 21’s 2020-2025 Strategic Plan. The plan reflects the ambitious goals to strengthen the learning environment for all students and support CCSD21 learners now and in the future.

The Strategic Plan was drafted by a team of more than 50 stakeholders who took input from the District’s systems assessment, data, surveys, and more, to set a path for CCSD21 growth and improvement in the coming years.

The 2020-2025 Strategic Plan outlines the District’s mission (Who are we?), vision (What must we become?), core values (How we must behave?), and goals (How do we gauge our success?). 

CCSD21’s new mission statement is: Ensure engaging, innovative, equitable, and safe learning experiences for every student, every day.
