Deadline extended for summer music enrichment registration

A district-wide instrumental music program for band and orchestra will run the week of June 5th and the week of August 7th at London Middle School. The opportunity is open to current 5th, 6th, and 7th grade students interested in band, and current 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th grade students interested in orchestra.

During the summer enrichment sessions, students will:

• Advance their musical talent through a variety of activities
• Master rhythms, scales, chorales and concert music for next year
• Participate in fun team-building activities
• Foster teamwork and friendship within their musical ensembles

Deadlines to register have been extended. The registration deadlines are:

• June Session – Registration deadline is Friday, May 19, 2017
• August Session – Registration deadline is Friday, June 2, 2017
