Kindergarten and New Student Registration Now Available!

Community Consolidated School District 21 is excited to announce that registration for kindergarten and new students for the 2025-2026 school year is now open! If your child will be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2025, they are eligible to join the district’s kindergarten program.

To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please follow the steps below to complete your child’s registration

How to Register Your Child

1. Visit the Registration Website – Go to ccsd21.org/registration and find the section called “2025-2026 PK-8 Students New to CCSD21”
2. Create an Account or Log In – If you’re new to District 21, create a new parent account. If you already have an account, please use your existing credentials.
3. Complete the Online Registration Form – Fill out all required information about your child and your family. Be sure to double-check for accuracy.
4. Provide the Required Documents – Upload the following documents:
   1. Three proofs of residency.
   2. An official birth certificate issued by the county clerk in the county in which the child was born. Hospital certificates are not acceptable.

Depending on the child’s grade, additional forms may need to be completed.

As a reminder, as part of the district’s ongoing initiative to alleviate financial burdens on families, no registration fees will be charged, and school supplies will be provided for all students

If you are unsure what school your child will attend, visit our School Boundary Map and enter your address. After you complete the new student online registration and upload all required documents, you will receive an email confirming your child is registered for the 2025-2026 school year.

If you have a student currently enrolled in District 21, including a preschool student, registration for the 2025-2026 school year will begin in May. Returning student information will be sent out on a future date.
