Referendum Tax Calculator now available at CCSD21.org/referendum

In advance of the November 6, 2018 Building Bond Referendum, CCSD21 has posted a referendum property tax calculator on our website so that district homeowners may calculate the anticipated property tax impact for their home.  To calculate simply enter the property value indicated on the 2017 Cook County Property Tax Bill and include the proper exemptions by clicking on those boxes.  The anticipated increase will appear in the green box at the bottom.  Click here to view the calculator.  For more information please visit www.ccsd21.org/referendum.  Questions?  Send us an email at [email protected].
