Registration reminders for 17-18 school year

With the first day of school quickly approaching, here are a few reminders about registration and school supplies.

If you are new to CCSD21 and have not yet registered, please do so as soon as possible. The parent or guardian registering the new District 21 student should bring a copy of the child’s birth certificate, three documents that prove residency and, if available, a record of a recent physical exam or immunizations to the local school. Many registration forms can be found here. Prior to your visit, registration questions may be directed to the Business Office at 847-520-2773.

School supply lists can be found on each individual school’s website. Navigate to each school’s website by clicking on the menu button in the upper right corner, and selecting a school from the drop-down menu. Typically, school supply lists are linked from the school’s Parent Resources page.

The first day of classes for students in grades 1-8 is Wednesday, August 23. Kindergarten and pre-kindergarten students begin on Thursday, August 24.
