Superintendent search firm presents candidate profile

At the October 19 Board of Education meeting, BWP & Associates presented the candidate profile which will be used to consider applicants to be the school district’s next superintendent. The candidate profile was formulated based on focus group and survey feedback from members of the community.

More than 500 community members responded to the online survey between September 25 to October 1. About 70 District 21 stakeholders participated in focus groups.
