Update Message Re: Water Main Break at Longfellow

Water main repairs are underway and we are being advised that there is a strong likelihood that they will be complete and water service will be restored in time for school tomorrow (Aug. 31) morning.  We will not have confirmation of that until very late this evening.  As such, we will communicate with Longfellow families starting at 6:00 AM tomorrow morning with a final decision on school status.

Cooper Middle School is not impacted and will be open as normal tomorrow.

Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this event may cause and hope to be open as planned tomorrow morning.  We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience.
