Application and Hiring Process
In addition to the Human Resources team, all principals have access to online applications to screen applicants. Therefore, materials should not be sent to each principal. Interviews are scheduled by each building principal based on the needs of their individual school. Generally, applicants selected for an interview will meet with the building principal and a team of teachers from that particular school. At times, district-wide administrators are also involved in these interviews.
Certification Information
While the District 21 Education Association and School District 21 both provide support and information, licensure is the responsibility of the individual teacher. For more information on your license:
