Topic: Board of Education

At its April Board of Education meeting, Kim Cline was named Assistant Superintendent for Support Services and School Safety. She will assume this role effective July 1, 2019.

Most recently, Cline served as Director of Student Services and Exceptional Populations at Keeneyville Elementary School District 20. She began her career as a Speech Language Pathologist and later served as a Special Education Coordinator in Wisconsin and Director in Schiller Park.

The Board was supportive in creating this new position as it recognizes the growing needs of our students. Cline will lead the Student Services team and play an integral role in strengthening systems of support to District 21 students.
