Collective Bargaining Agreement
The current Collective Bargaining Agreement between the CCSD21 Board of Education and District 21 Education Association is effective August 1, 2018 to July 31, 2022.
Administrator & Teacher Salary Benefit Reporting
In accordance with Public Act 097-0256, a compensation report, outlining administrator and teacher salary and benefits, is generated annually.
IMRF Salary Reporting
In accordance with Public Act 097-0609, a hard copy of contracts to be considered by the Board of Education, where the employee’s total compensation package equals or exceeds $150,000 per year, can be requested at the CCSD21 Administration Center six (6) days before the Board considers the contract.
In accordance with Public Act 097-0609, a report listing the total compensation for each employee having a total compensation of $75,000, is generated annually.
